College Intern for DELLEMC
GENERAL SUMMARYAs an intern you will be involved in assignments like full HDD/SSD supplier management, HDD/SSD firmware qualification, and steady state quality and reliability management. Responsible to define and document requirements, manage the supplier activity, develop and execute a comprehensive qualification plan that includes elements of software characterization testing, hardware characterization testing, and test tool development utilizing programming skills.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• HDD/SSD firmware qualification testing
• EMC VNX and Symmetrix storage system integration testing
• Automation test tool development
• HDD/SSD inventory management
• 5S auditing
Skills
• Programming skills on Python, Perl and Shell script language
• Knowledge and experience with Linux
• Knowledge and experience with test automation
• Good team player and Self motivated
• Good communication in English
• Minimal 3 work days per week
